New 5 Element Yin Yoga offering coming this Spring

My teaching style emphasizes alignment and body awareness, pranayama and mindful movements with deep intention. Sequences are creative, weaving together rich teachings of Hatha yoga, Vinyasa, the 5 elements and Chinese Medicine. I teach Gentle Flow, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra. Allowing space to discover, release and connect inward. I believe yoga is a synergy; and exploration of breath, body, mind and spirit unveiling layers of our most authentic self.

Private yoga sessions are customized to your wellness intentions and may include a short acupuncture treatment in Savasana if requested. (for existing students and clients)
